Breakfast Attendant – Hilton

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will ensure our guests have a positive breakfast experience by maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-stocked breakfast area. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love for you to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:


Breakfast Setup: Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all items are fresh, stocked, and displayed attractively.


Guest Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, assisting with breakfast items, and ensuring all guest needs are met during their meal.


Maintaining Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize the breakfast area regularly, including tables, counters, and serving stations, to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for guests.


Inventory Management: Monitor food and beverage supplies, restock as needed, and inform management of any inventory shortages.


Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring all items are handled and stored properly.


Guest Experience: Address any guest concerns or special requests related to breakfast and ensure guests leave with a positive impression of their experience.


Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including Front Desk, Sales and Management, to ensure the smooth operation of the breakfast service.

Skills + Experience

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values

that follow:


Experience: Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred


Customer Service:Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to providing excellent guest service


Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks such as cleaning and restocking


Team-Oriented: Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment


Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure the breakfast area is consistently stocked, clean, and welcoming
