Account Executive - Georgia Region (Based in Atlanta)
The Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing client relationships within the hospitality industry. This position requires a dynamic professional who is bilingual and experienced in recruiting top-tier talent for a broad range of hospitality positions. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and recruiting oversight to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of hotels, resorts, and other hospitality venues across Florida.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotels, resorts, and food & beverage operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as General Managers, HR Directors, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs.
Present Labor Resources’ full suite of staffing solutions, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
Secure new accounts and generate repeat business through exceptional service delivery and strategic follow-up.
Recruitment Oversight
Collaborate with internal recruiters to fulfill client staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Oversee recruitment efforts for hospitality roles including but not limited to:
Housekeepers, Housemen, Front Desk Agents, Night Auditors, Reservations Agents, Supervisors
Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, Food Runners
Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, and GroundskeepersProvide insight and direction to ensure candidate quality aligns with client expectations and company standards.
Account Management & Client Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication.
Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and provide staffing forecasts to address seasonal or event-based spikes in demand.
Troubleshoot client concerns and coordinate with operations and recruiting teams to implement effective solutions.
Track and report on account performance, fulfillment rates, and client satisfaction metrics.
Skills + Experience
Proven experience in hospitality staffing and recruiting, especially across housekeeping, front office, F&B, and maintenance departments.
Strong business development and sales skills with a demonstrated track record of securing and growing client accounts.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and candidates.
Knowledge of Florida's hospitality market and industry trends.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality recruiting, account management, or staffing sales.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout Florida to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
